Receptionist – Cardiology Department
- Part Time opportunity – 48 hrs per fortnight

Your new role:
The Cardiology Receptionist is a key member of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for answering phones, booking of patients for diagnostic tests and welcoming patients presenting for cardiology diagnostic testing.
- Perform administrative duties including coordinating and booking patient appointments for diagnostic tests including appropriate patient preparation
- Preparing clinical patient information for scanning
- Maintain patient information databases
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries
- Other administrative duties as per position description
About you:
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to person-centred care
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a hospital setting or medical environment
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- You have similar experience and able to work collaboratively with other staff
