Change Lead - Office 365

  • Exciting role in leading the change for Office 365 implementation at RMH
  • Join a vibrant PMO team
  • Fixed Term Full Time position

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team for an exciting project. This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position, working 80 hours per fortnight, based at Jane Bell House, RMH and will report to the Project Director. The PMO team are responsible for the successful delivery of ICT projects and are an effective and cohesive team.


Your new role:

  • Oversee the delivery of the change strategy, training program and training material for staff to enable a smooth transition from current Microsoft Office suite to the new O-365;
  • Establish Change Champions network in support of implementation schedule;
  • Work collaboratively as a key member of the O-365 Project Team within the PMO and most particularly with the O-365 Project Manager, O-365 Technical Lead and PMO Change Manager.
  • Provide multiple solutions to problems identified and communicate options with stakeholders and agree a way forward and set direction.

 

About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading change for large scale ICT environments;
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex ICT-enabled business change across a complex organisation;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Change Management
