A Job to Be Proud Of:

  • The AMHRU undergraduate Clinical Coordinator will manage the allocated student’s cohorts throughout the year as per the yearly planner from ViCPlace. You will manage orientation days, student attendance records, rostering, assessments, appraisals, debriefings & counselling 
  • You must be flexible to work all days of the week (Mon – Fri) to oversee all of the students throughout their placements 
  • You are responsible to liaise with the university student coordinators & lecturers regarding the progress of students

 

Your Contribution:

  • We are seeking a dynamic senior nurse with previous management & preceptorship training who relates well to student nurses from all backgrounds
  • You must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal, be assertive, demonstrating innovation & continuous improvement
  • You will have had at least 3 years’ experience in a senior role of nursing
  • You will have a Postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing & a current Certificate IV in Training & Education
