This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who has a passion for developing themselves and others.

  • Provision of operational support and direction to clinicians, peer workers and administration staff
  • Work alongside another team leader, manager and consultants to ensure compassionate care delivered to optimum wellness and recovery

Your Contribution:

  • Guide, support and develop clinicians and their practice
  • Oversee and shape our recovery oriented service
  • Be directly accountable for 3 small clinical teams and support the operations of the broader team
  • A passion for doing things slightly differently
