We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse with excellent communication skills and are looking to be part of a team that cares for patients in a time of transition in their health care journey.

Transition Care is a 35 bed in patient unit. The patients cared for on the unit are from an aged population, who are recovering from an acute admission. The Transition Care Program provides support to patients and families whilst awaiting residential care or making decisions related to long term care needs.

The role of the Enrolled Nurse incorporates the following activities: supervised clinical practice and patient care, patient health promotion and patient advocacy.

Ideally you will have highly developed oral & written communication skills and be able to work within a multidisciplinary team environment and individually. You will be seeking an opportunity to take the next step with your career and be keen to demonstrate your previous experience and sound clinical skills.
