Melbourne Health has an opportunity for a Full Time Employee Relations Manager to support our organisation in  delivering best practice employee relations outcomes.  


Your Opportunity:

  • Partner with people managers to provide contemporary, innovative and accurate best practice advice and support on operational and strategic employee relations matters.
  • Implement a strategic and consistent employment relations approach across the organisation in relation to workplace investigations, enterprise agreements, policies, and procedure.
  • Build capability in managing employment relations matters by educating and coaching leaders in championing culture change.

About You:

  • You display excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • You are collaborative, customer orientated with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • You have extensive employee relations experience and exposure in a large, complex, multi-site organisation, preferably in the Public Sector or Health industry.
  • You have a proven record in providing senior level Industrial Relations/ Human Resources advice to assist in the successful management of complex human resources or employee relations issues.
