Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Draw on your extensive experience as a social worker working in mental health services
- Respond to the workforce development needs of social workers
- Utilise the knowledge gained from your qualifications and industry experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training
- Work effectively and efficiently in the CMHL team
Your Contribution
- At least 7-10 years' experience working in a clinical mental health service
- An approved degree in social work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/or demonstrated industry experience in designing and delivering training
- You will be a passionate and committed individual who values collective contribution and works from a values-based and strengths approach
- Have experience in leading or contributing to projects and/or service development
