Current 2019 Graduate Nurses are invited to apply for positions available across the organisation at both RMH and RPC in a variety of clinical areas. Positions are offered Part Time to a maximum of 64 hours per fortnight.

Your Opportunity: 

• Ensure the delivery of high quality patient focused care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accountability and responsibility for patient safety, quality and risk, and contribute to the organisational quality and safety initiatives
• Actively contribute to building a culture and team based approach to learning, support, guidance and resilience
  

About You: 

• Demonstrates ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Motivated and willing to continue learning and developing skills and expertise
• Displays a strong understanding and background of Patient-Centred Care 
• Excellent communication skills able to communicate effectively with patients, staff and visitors
