Clinical Haematology at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Royal Melbourne Hospital
• Part Time Fixed Term 32 hours per fortnight

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. This is a Part Time, Fixed Term position, working 32 hours per fortnight.. Key aspects of this role include:

co-ordinate and be actively involved in the management of patients
assessment, planning, implementation and ongoing evaluation of patient
 

  coordination of patients transitioning their care from paediatric care into the adult BMT service.

 

About You (Essential Requirements): 


Experience in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation
• post graduate qualifications in cancer nursing

Selection Criteria Essential: Experience in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation
Essential: post graduate qualifications in cancer nursing
Desirable: Windows based computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
