Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Provide first level contact to our internal stakeholder and customer groups including triaging, monitoring, routing, redirecting and prioritising resources
  • Key tasks include help desk support, customer service, data entry, triaging maintenance requests, fleet management requests, general administrative duties and processing of mail, branch paperwork, and internal purchase orders, invoices
  • Provide support to the wider Facilities Management team

Your Contribution

  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
  • Exceptional people and customer service skills
