Our People & Culture team at Melbourne Health is passionate about providing our employees with the best possible employee experience.  We are looking for a personable and forward thinking HR Administrator to join our Recruitment Services team, and ensure the delivery of our recruitment and employee services to the organisation.

 

This role has a large focus on contract administration and data entry of employee information into our payroll system.  If you have a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, this role may be YOUR next opportunity.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding and pre-employment checks
  • Publish professional job advertisements on job boards and manage invoices
  • Enter employee information into HR systems
  • Prepare contracts of employment in line with relevant EBAs and legislation
  • Provide administrative assistance for large recruitment campaigns
  • Support various process improvement initiatives and projects

About You:

 

With over 9000 employees, it is a busy, challenging and complex environment. Some of your key skills include:

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven admin experience in a fast-paced high volume environment
  • Ability to manage competing and changing demands
  • System savy: exposure to HRIS and excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Initiative to achieve results and provide solutions to challenges
  • A collaborative working style and a 'can do attitude'
