The People & Culture Wellbeing & Safety team works hard to put the wellbeing and safety of our staff at the forefront of what we do through strategies, programs and policies to support staff in a holistic way.  We have an opportunity for a WorkCover/Team Administration Coordinator to join the team on a part time basis, 24 hours per week.


The Role:

In this role, you will be provide effective administrative support to the Wellbeing & Safety team members and manage a wide range of WorkCover administration duties.

  • Manage the processing and lodgement of WorkCover claims
  • Payment and reconciliation of WorkCover weekly compensation
  • Riskman/Injury Assist leave payments & Invoices
  • Invoice processing and data entry
  • Providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Document and records management

About You:

  • A strong customer focus with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Knowledge of the WorkCover legislation in relation to claims lodgement and payments
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience in document creation and enhancement
  • Experience in WorkCover administration role or similar role is highly desirable.
