Your Opportunity:

  • Working with and care of the Older Adult 
  • Engagement with the NDIS
  • Mentor/Preceptorship Skill Development
  • Care of complex patients with increasing co-morbidities

About You: 

  • Registered Nurse Grade 2
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Passionate and dedicated to care and advocate for the older Adult
  • Focused on quality patient care identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Highly developed communication and written shills
