The RMH Nephrology Department has one of the largest Dialysis and Kidney Transplant programs in Australia.
The new John Perrett Kidney Centre incorporates a 15-chair satellite dialysis unit with consulting rooms located at 635 Elizabeth St, in close proximity to RMH City Campus. The centre provides holistic haemodialysis care in an outpatient setting and is part of the RMH Kidney Care Service. It is closely affiliated with services at RMH and other RMH metropolitan satellite dialysis units.
Your new role:
- Key leadership position supporting staff to deliver high standard, patient-centred care with a focus on excellent patient experience and outcomes.
- Provide professional leadership to ensure clinical excellence within the renal physiologist workforce.
About you:
- You are currently a member of the New Zealand and Australia Society of Renal Dialysis Practice (NZASRDP).
- You have at least 3 years experience in a haemodialysis setting.
- You have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team with developed clinical assessment, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
- You have demonstrated ability to lead a team with the ability to be innovative, adaptable to change and a passion for continued professional development.
