About the Role:
The essential responsibility of the VAED Officer is timely and accuracte submission of mandatory electronic reporting to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Victorian Admitted Episodes Dataset (VAED).
Associated duties include maintaining error statistics, data correction, reconciliation with internal data systems, maintaining the MH VAED manual and timely feedback of errors to staff. Previous experience working in an Acute Health setting and excellent computing skills are highly desirable.
