The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Nursing Education Management team. This is a Part Time position, working 64 hours per fortnight, based at City Campus, however covering both City and Royal Park.

Your Opportunity:

• Develop and support nursing education projects
• Lead initiatives that will advance and promote Nursing Education

• Coordinate the ongoing planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Nursing Programs in collaboration with Director
• Promote and foster a cultuer of career long learning

About You:

• Registered Nurse, with Post Graduate qualification in education or nursing at Masters Level
• Demonstrated leadership capability and committment to quality improvement, development and innovation
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Demonstrated understanding of educational healthcare environments and the opportunities available
