Roles and Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for new employees to ensure a smooth transition to The RMH.
  • Advertising vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Prepare employment contracts in line with relevant EBAs and legislation.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding and pre-employment compliance checks.

About You

 

We are seeking a motivated and hard working Administrator to join our team. We are seeking someone with the following skillset:

  • Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly organised, reliable and motivated to achieve.
  • Adaptable and able to manage competing demands to deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced high volume environment.
  • A team player willing to support the team.
  • A customer service orientation.
