The Centre for Mental Health Learning (CMHL) is the central agency for public mental health workforce development (including lived experience workers) in Victoria, supporting access to quality, contemporary learning and development.  


A Job to Be Proud Of:

  •  Support and work with the Family/carer Workforce Project Lead position to facilitate project planning, codesign and  model development.
  • Report writing in relation to organisational readiness, and support for lived experience workforces (LEW) student placements in mental health services
  • Our multi-disciplinary workforce of skilled and dynamic clinicians, consumers and carers provide a recovery oriented approach to care.

  • Understanding of the needs and issues for consumer workers working in clinical and community mental health services
