The Centre for Mental Health Learning (CMHL) is the central agency for public mental health workforce development (including lived experience workers) in Victoria. We are a diverse, values-based team, supporting each other to deliver relevant and quality driven learning and workforce development activities for the mental health workforce.

- The CMHL Leadership Development Coordinator will be primarily responsible for activities that relate to leadership development for the public clinical mental health sector, and those that support cross-sector related leadership development.
- A core component of the CMHL Leadership Development Coordinator role will be the ongoing coordination, management, and growth of the Victorian Mental Health Interprofessional Leadership Network (VMHILN).
- This role will also support and contribute to the successful achievement of other CMHL objectives.
Your Contribution:

- Experience in education, training, or workforce development areas
- Demonstrate leadership experience in applying and driving innovation
You will have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (or Postgraduate as required in the EBA) in a mental health profession i.e. Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy (and be registered under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) in the relevant area, or for Social Workers,
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers)
- And/or Mental health lived experience worker from a consumer, or family/carer perspective
