The Acute Medical Unit is a unit where the patients are rapidly assessed and are admitted from the Emergency Department or direct from community services.  We are a friendly, helpful and skilled multidisciplinary team.  Medical specialities in the Acute Medical Unit include general medicine and respiratory. 

 

Your new role:

  • Work together to deliver high quality, best practice care to our patients

  • Patient focused
  • You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
  • Utilise best practice guidelines to deliver patient centred care

  • Able to demonstrate sound clinical skills
