Your new team:
The Clinical Nutrition department consists of approximately 22 EFT across RMH sites.
We provide care to our patients within the acute, subacute and community therapy services across all speciality services.
The department is supported by the Clinical Nutrition Manager and the department is committed to providing evidence based, patient centred care. Supervision and reflective practice, professional development, student teaching, quality improvement and research are a key focus of Clinical Nutrition at RMH.
Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
The Grade 3 ICU/TPN Dietitian, through their clinical expertise, will have a leading role to ensure the delivery of an excellent Clinical Nutrition Service in both the Critical Care setting at 0.5 eft and in the Clinical Nutrition Department at 0.5 eft Grade 3 .They will contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care by providing high level clinical advice and fostering staff development. The Grade 3 dietitian will be required to possess high level clinical knowledge and experience in the area of critical care and parenteral nutrition.
This is a Full Time Fixed Term position for 12 months working 80 hours per fortnight, including ADO.

- Significant critical care nutrition experience and experience in the provision of TPN
- Experienced in staff and student supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide expert clinical service and supervision
- High level planning and organisational skills
