The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.


We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. This is a Part Time Fixed Term position, working 40 hours per fortnight, based at the Royal Park Campus.

 

Your Opportunity:

This exciting opportunity would suit an enthusiastic nurse with a post-graduate qualification in wound care or related field, or working towards such, and is looking to specialize.


This role involves promoting evidence-based care for patients admitted to the hospital by supporting the ward staff in assessing and treating patients with challenging wounds.


In addition, this role will support ongoing skin integrity quality improvement and research within the organisation.
