'Administration Officer'

  • Work closely with the team to provide core administration tasks across 2 programs
  • North West Community Care Units and Prevention and Recovery Centre (NWCCU/PARC)
  • Fixed Term Part Time opportunity working 32 hours/fortnight until 2023

Your new team

  • The North West Community Care Units provide 24 hour community based residential care to people who experience long term serious mental illness and disability within a Recovery framework. 
  • Residents require high levels of clinical support and intensive rehabilitation.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Administraion Officer to join our Team.

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Work closely with the team to provide core administration tasks across 2 programs
  • Establish strong partnerships
  • Opportunities to contribute to facilities management and the development of administrative processes across CCU and PARC. 
  • Support the leadership group in continuous improvement.
  • Be supported in  supervision and attend our Entry level Program seminars. 

Your Contribution

  • Demonstrated experience with telephone reception or switchboard
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to relate appropriately and professionally with clients, staff and management of the service
  • Relevant experience and ability to provide a broad range of administrative and intermediate level keyboard support functions including word processing and database entry
