We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Project Management Office. This is a Full Time Fixed Term -18 months with Melbourne Health, working 80 hours per fortnight, based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.


The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.


Your Opportunity:

  • Analyse, scope, design, build, configure, test and implement IMT projects
  • Support the IMT Program Office team with the extensive duties and interactions required by the IMT projects
  • Collaborate with the other Parkville Precinct health agencies (Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Royal Women’s Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital) other departments within Melbourne Health and external organisations.

This exciting role will be instrumental across a range of complex projects as Melbourne Health prepares for the implementation of an enterprise Electronic Medical Record and upgrade of our integrated billing system. 


About You: 

  • A Business Analyst with a proven track record of sound business analysis and project delivery
  • Highly analytical with the ability to document business and technical requirements to ensure the necessary system integration, data capture and reporting functions are achieved.
  • An excellent communicator and information gatherer who can document clearly the requirements for consumption by both technical and non-technical members of the business.
  • Have strong documentation skills
