About the Role:

The role of the Ward Clerk is to deliver a professional and caring customer focussed service, often as the first point of contact and communication for patients, their families and visitors. Clerical responsibilites include coordinating the physical and telecommunication traffic throughout the area, the maintenance of patient records and the accurate data transmission of patient movements.

- Advanced IT skills
- Understanding of need to maintain patient confidentiality

Selection Criteria Essential: basic IT skills
Essential: familiar with patient administration systems such as iPM
Desirable: previous ward clerk experience
Desirable: previous customer service experience
