Administration Assistant

  • Full Time Fixed Term position (80 per fortnight including ADO)
  • Based in The Royal Melbourne Hospital Respiratory and Sleep Department 
  • Salary packaging options and monthly ADOs, that’s an extra day off every month!

Your opportunity

  • Greet patients both face to face and via telecommunications
  • Assist with the day to day running of the Respiratory and Sleep outpatients clinics. 
  • Coordinate Overnight sleep studies including bookings and confirmations
  • Schedule lung function tests

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Deliver high quality patient focused care
  • Meet department KPI's and deadlines
  • Act in a professional and responsible manner adhering to the Melbourne Health code of conduct
