Advertisement text Melbourne Health is an award winning health care service and is Victoria’s second largest public health service. We provide comprehensive acute, sub-acute, general, specialist medical and mental health services through both inpatient and community based facilities through the following services: The Royal Melbourne Hospital – City Campus, The Royal Melbourne Hospital – Royal Park Campus, North Western Mental Health, RMH Kidney Care Service and Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory. Melbourne Health 2015 Work Experience Program provides high school students with an opportunity to gain insight into the health industry. Within that one week at the hospital the student will be able to experience and observe the daily life of a hospital worker within the Department of Immunology and Allergy. A 'behind the scenes' look into the patient's stay and care. After that week we hope to inspire the student in possibly deciding what they may want to study in further education and potentially lead them onto a career path in Health.
