Administrative Assistant / Computer Clerk

Mid West Area Mental Health Service

  • Part Time, 40 hours per fortnight
  • Monday to Friday
  • Fixed Term Position

  • Perform effective administration tasks and support the team
  • Capacity to accurately input data
  • Provide administration support to the clinical team
  • Manage service databases and provide reports as required - KPI’s and targets set within Melbourne Health and NWMH guidelines and Policy and procedures
  • Support the quality and service improvements of the executive administration team as required.

Your contribution:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining efficient administration office systems
  • Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office software programs  including Excel and Access
  • Skilled prioritising workloads, coordinating tasks and working to deadlines
  • Confident to perform with limited direct supervision within a dual structure
  • Able to relieve switchboard for breaks, annual leave and sick leave as rostered
  • Past administrative experience within a hospital or health setting would be advantageous
