  • Looking for an exceptional Administration Officer to join our Patient Experience team
  • Part Time, 48 hours per fortnight

The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.

 

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Patient Experience team as an Administration Officer. This is a Part Time position, working 40 hours per fortnight.

 

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support for the RMH Consumer Liaison Service, as part of the broader Patient Experience Team. 

 

  • The Admin Officer is a primary point of contact for consumers / patients and other external stakeholders, as well as for hospital staff, and will demonstrate excellent customer service in all interactions.  
  • You will maintain highly efficient office systems and processes, ensuring that all feedback is acknowledged, triaged, reviewed and responded to within defined timeframes.
  • The role is office-based, and involves daily interaction with patients, consumers and staff

Hours and days negotiable 

 

About You:

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to provide efficient and effective administrative support
  • High level computer literacy and knowledge of relevant computer programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • High level organisational skills, with an ability to work under pressure and balance competing demands
