Project Administration Officer - Royal Melbourne Mental Health Services (RNH MHS)

 

  • Contribute to the administrative organisation of innovative projects
  • 48 hours per fortnight fixed term

Exciting new three-year, fixed-term Project Administration Officer role embedded in the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing consortium
Collaborative partnership with University of Melbourne, the Victorian Collaborative Centre of Mental Health and Wellbeing and 18 consortium partner

 

The Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services

 

As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, RMH provides a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient, and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology, and virtual health.

 

We have a robust future ahead as the lead mental health service for the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, and as adult mental health lead for the Statewide Trauma Service.  These ground-breaking programs will drive mental health reform across the sector and will offer a wide range of opportunities for involvement of staff within the RMH MHS.  Our partnerships with multiple community and academic organisations support our program and enable a sophisticated learning structure, with a focus on research translation. Your new team

 

Royal Melbourne Mental Health Services

  • Work as part of a consortium organisation for Royal Melbourne Hospital, collaboratively with  the University of Melbourne as the lead partners under the Victorian Collaborative Centre of Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Work as part of a small team supporting the Best Practice Consortium Lead and Project Officer in projects focused on research and delivery of innovative and best-practice models of care

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to  

  • This role requires a resilient and positive approach and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to organise consortium meetings with stakeholders from multiple organisations
