• Grade 1 Social Worker
• Part Time Fixed term to June 28th 2019 (maternity leave cover)
• 0.9 (72 hours per fortnight) however potential for full time 

We have a significant opportunity for an experienced Grade 1 Social Worker to join our aged care team at The Royal Park Campus.

About You:

As the successful applicant, you will have sound communication skills and demonstrable experience of effective working relationships within interdisciplinary teams.

The Social Work Department has a well-established supervision program and supports ongoing professional development for all staff.

As a Grade 1 Social Worker, through your clinical expertise you will have a leading role in ensuring excellence in patient care, implementation and organisation of clinical and professional teams and foster staff development.
