Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for an innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our Surgery, Perioperative, Trauma and Surgical Oncology Services team in the role of Scrub / Scout position.

The busy Melbourne Health theatres provide a high quality 24/7 service in our 14 operating rooms. We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the multidiscplinary team. This position comes with the expectation of clinical expertise.  


About You:

The preferred candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to mentor and support to staff as required
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation policies and human resource procedures
  • Well developed computer and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high quality patient care whilst working as effective member of a busy team
  • Completion of the postgraduate certificate would be highly regarded
