We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Genomic Medicine and Parkville Familial Cancer Centre (PFCC) team. There are multiple positions that would suit either Full Time or Part Time applicants for Fixed Term and Ongoing positions, based at RMH City Campus, Parkville.

 

Your Opportunity: 

Exciting opportunities exist to join the Department of Genomic Medicine and Parkville Familial Cancer Centre (PFCC) in fixed term, full time or part time roles until April 2020. The Centre is a comprehensive genetic service providing diagnosis, counselling and support to adults with a variety of genetic disorders. The Office Administrator will work closely with the admin team, clinicians, genetic counsellors and associate genetic counsellors to:

  • ensure our patients and their families receive an excellent service
  • ensure a smooth patient journey through our service from referral, booking, registration, clinic admin through to billing

About You (Essential Requirements):

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or medical clinic setting
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
