Your Opportunity:


4SE is a busy 16 bed ward, caring for patients retrieved from the ED or other Acute wards of The Royal Melbourne Hospital. These patients require additional acute care while engaging in extra short term therapy to achieve their most optimal discharge destination. We aim to discharge patients within 7 days, so we need to work effectively as a team.


Your New role:

  • Common 4SE conditions are orthopaedic, neurological and general medical issues

  • Following a Patient Centred "Model of Care" to facilitate best practice, 4SE strives to achieve patient focused outcomes for both our patients, and their families

About You:

  • Dynamic and self- motivated RN
  • Strong commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer focused care
  • Flexible to work rotating roster, including weekends and rotations onto Night Shift
