  • Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight including an ADO every month

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. This is a Full Time position, working 80 hours per fortnight, based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, City Campus.

 

Your Opportunity:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Department
  • Ownership of aspects of the running of the department; including oversite of the departments Medicare billing
  • Collaboration with other areas of the hospital and external care providers
  • Work with a dynamic team building strong relationships

About You: 

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with an interest in managing systems and templates
  • Previous experience with iPM, Medicare billing, Windows Excel/Outlook

Previous experience in a Medical/Health field is highly desirable.
