The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.


We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Prosthetics & Orthotics team. This is a fixed term position, working 80 hours per fortnight, based at Royal Park Campus.

 

Your Opportunity:

  • This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Prosthetist/Orthotist to work as part of an established Prosthetics & Orthotics team, in a major amputee rehabilitation service
  • Be part of a team with strong evidence based practice and patient centred approach.

The successful applicant will demonstrate sound clinical decision making, ability to navigate public health structures, provide clinical education, promote and undertake research and quality projects.
