To be eligable to apply for the Plastics Reconstruction stream you must be currently employed on 7 South East at RMH and have a minum of 24 months post registration experience.

About the Program

Applications are now open for the Plastics Reconstruction Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing program. The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing is conducted in collaboration with our affiliate university, Australian Catholic University. This course is open to Registered Nurses who have successfully completed a Graduate Nurse Program, have a minimum of 24 months post registration experience

The course consists of four (4) subjects specific to the area of study undertaken. Subjects are delivered through a variety of teaching modalities, including lectures, tutorials, clinical simulation, online learning and worksheets. Assessment consists of assignments, clinical practice portfolios and reflective practice. 

Length of Course

Program is to be completed over 1 year. Applications should include a cover letter addressed to the Post Graduate Nursing Program Coordinator, clearly stating the stream being applied for, a curriculum vitae, your most recent academic transcript, and the contact details of two clinical referees. All applications will be assessed on letter of application, curriculum vitae, academic results, clinical experience, references and interview.
