An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic nurse wishing to expand their clinical nursing experience, utilise monitoring equipment and invasive devices.

 

A number of positions are now available in Neurosurgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. We are seeking Registered Nurses who can work in a dynamic, busy ward with the multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

 

You will become a valued member of a world class team of nurses. The skills and experience gained working within the Neurosciences speciality are highly sought after and a great introduction to caring for high acuity and complex surgical patients.

 

These positions will focus on providing quality direct patient care and education and must demonstrate the Melbourne Health values of caring, exellence, integrity, respect and unity.

 

To be successful for the position you must have:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing And Midwifery Board of Australia
  • A minimum of two years current acute clinical experience
  • Excellent communication skills & clinical knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary health care team
