Salary up to $75,000 for the right applicant
About the Role:
The role of Theatre Technician Manager is a dynamic role, responsible for the management of all resources and process within the theatre technician group for Perioperative Services (Operating Suite and day areas - when required). Reporting directly to Perioperative Services Manager, you will work with many stakeholders to achieve Melbourne Health's vision to be the First in Care, Research and Learning.
Required Attributes:
- Friendly and approachable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a large EFT with regard to achieving key performance indicators
- Be able to manage a budget
- Have a sound knowledge of the National Standards as it pertains to this role
- Advanced IT skills (systems used all word package, IPM, internal technician system)
- Ability to be flexible and demonstrate initiative
- Work within a values based organisation and enforce adherence of those values with in your team
