Personal Assistant to the Divisional Director and Director of Nursing & Operations – Division of Neuroscience, Cancer & Infection Medicine

We are seeking an experienced & proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Directors of Neuroscience, Cancer and Infection Medicine

 

Your role includes:

  • Developing and maintaining an effective working relationship with Divisional staff and external contacts
  • Managing diary and meeting arrangements
  • Coordinating and preparing meeting agendas and papers
  • Managing emails, correspondence, telephone and in-person enquiries
  • Minute taking and follow up of action lists
  • Maintaining effective record keeping systems
  • Organising events and functions
  • Special project work as required
  • Expertly using the full range of the Microsoft Office Suite

 

You are proactive, have excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. You appreciate the importance of confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in this role.

 

You take pride in your work and have strong attention to detail. Your team approach and highly developed communication skills will encourage an environment of cooperation, build loyalty and assist in achieving the extensive requirements of the role. A qualification in office administration or other relevant business course or relevant significant experience in a similar role is required.

 

A proven track record of being able to self manage and meet deadlines is essential for this role.
