Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Provide high quality patient care whilst assuming a prominent management focus on the clinical environment
  • Thrive in a dynamic role that oversees clinical standards
  • Combination of on the floor oversight, combined with some project and auditing work, this position is perfect for someone looking to further their career
  • Support the Perioperative Management team, particularly the Nurse Unit Manager, with forward planning, care provision, patient flow initiatives and maintaining organisational KPI’s
  • Work clinically for the day to keep up your skills and the opportunity to deliver major improvements within Perioperative Services, it is a challenging - yet rewarding role

Your Contribution

  • Experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to guide and mentor the team to improve the provision of outstanding clinical care, patients experience and outcomes
  • Completion of the postgraduate certificate would be highly regarded
  • Professional role model, demonstrating consultative, innovative and responsible leadership
