Associate Nurse Unit Manager – RPN 3

• Full time, 80hrs per fortnight including ADO
• Based in Broadmeadows at Broadmeadows Hospital only 10 minutes’ walk to Broadmeadows Train Station and Broadmeadows Plaza
• Secure parking onsite

About you:

• Minimum of three years post-graduate experience in Mental Health clinical settings including acute inpatient units.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in leading shifts and providing clinical leadership and support to staff
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to problem solve in a complex and ever changing environment.
