Your new team
RMH@Home subacute is an innovative inpatient bed substitution program that is modelled on rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) ward programs. RMH@Home subacute provides a seven day specialist medical, nursing and allied health service to assist patients to rehabilitate within the comfort of their own home and transition back into the community
Your new role
- Maintain the integrity of patient information and data
- Work within a collaborative team
- Work a rotating roster across morning and afternoon shifts 7 days per week
- Manage medical computer software including IPM and EPIC
About you
- You have effective communication skills
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office
- Committed to colleagues and patient/family/visitor satisfaction
- Respectful, kind, punctual and team orientated personality
