Ward Clerk

  • Be part of an exciting Subacute @Home Service for both GEM and Rehabilitation patients at Royal Park Campus
  • Gain experience in working with AROC data Work within an inclusive team where your contribution is valued
  • Part time fixed term until 25th July

Your new team 

 

RMH@Home subacute is an innovative inpatient bed substitution program that is modelled on rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) ward programs. RMH@Home subacute provides a seven day specialist medical, nursing and allied health service to assist patients to rehabilitate within the comfort of their own home and transition back into the community

 

Your new role

  • Maintain the integrity of patient information and data
  • Work within a collaborative team
  • Work a rotating roster across morning and afternoon shifts 7 days per week
  • Manage medical computer software including IPM and EPIC

About you

  • You have effective communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office
  • Committed to colleagues and patient/family/visitor satisfaction
  • Respectful, kind, punctual and team orientated personality
