Applications are now open for the Gerontological Nursing Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing. The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing is conducted in collaboration with our affiliate university, Australian Catholic University (ACU). This course is open to Registered Nurses who have successfully completed a Graduate Nurse Program.
About the Program:
The course consists of four (4) subjects specific to the area of study undertaken. Subjects are delivered through a variety of teaching modalities, including lectures, tutorials, online learning and worksheets. Assessment consists of assignments and clinical practice portfolios.
Program length varies, however if you enter the program as a Grade Two Year Two Registered Nurse, the program must be completed over two years.
Applications should include a cover letter addressed to the Post Graduate Nursing Program Coordinator, clearly stating the stream being applied for, a curriculum vitae, your most recent academic transcript, and the contact details of two clinical referees. All applications will be assessed on letter of application, curriculum vitae, academic record, clinical experience, references and interview.
