Your new team

  • Join the RMH Nursing Leadership Team as the new NUM of 2 West
  • You will help us on our way to achieve our elective wait targets
  • You will provide patient flow out of the Emergency Department
  • You will be pivotal in establishing the 2 West Nursing team and Ward
  • You will be supported on your journey to achieve your goals

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Establish an efficient new ward within RMH that will provide high quality patient care
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership of the service to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care
  • Adopt responsibility for timely and effective patient flow through the unit, working with all relevant departments to ensure access and discharge planning initiatives are implemented at the ward level
