The Brunswick/Coburg Community team is a large, supportive and dynamic team made up of staff that are truly passionate and motivated in supporting consumers with challenging and complex mental health presentations and their families/carers. We provide a comprehensive range of specialist mental health services to people who reside in the local government areas of Moreland and Hume.

As we are part of a large multi-site service including multiple Area Mental Health Services we are able to provide our staff with unique opportunities to develop professionally. 

Your Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN4), Clinical Psychologist (P3), Occupational Therapist (OT3) or Social Worker (SW3) to join our team to: 

  • Work collaboratively with team leaders to provide oversight to workflow through the clinic including referral, intake and discharge
  • Provide a duty function for the team including triaging referrals from primary care providers, support to consumers/families who’s treating teams are not available and triaging of non-registered consumers attending the clinic.
  • Provide advanced clinical advice and supervision to staff within the team and across the AMHS
  • Work collaboratively and collegially with staff, consumers, families/carers  and other key stakeholders and partners in care
