The Royal Melbourne Hospital is part of the Greater Western Basic Physician Training Consortium, which includes rotations across Melbourne Health, Western Health, Ballarat Health Services, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Wangaratta.
We are currently seeking applicants to complete Basic Physician Training Year 2 at Melbourne Health during 2018.
The successful candidates will be those with demonstrated leadership skills and maturity and those who intend on sitting their written and clinical exams in 2019.

Evidence you are fully compliant in your current health service mandatory training, examples are:
- Fire Training (or equivalent)
- Hand Hygiene (or equivalent)
- Manual Handling (or equivalent)
- Asepctic non-touch technique (or equivalent)
It is anticipated that some health services' mandatory training may be titled differently to above or that they may not require all of the above listed training as mandatory, please provide evidence that you have completed ALL of your current health service's mandatory training even if it is not the same as above, this can be in the form of a screen shot.
