HR Administrator to join our team! Support the delivery of recruitment and employee services to the organisation.  Our team is most suited to an individual who has a positive, professional and friendly disposition who enjoys working collaboratively and is flexible to contribute as a team player in a fast paced environment! 


In This Role:

  • Drive an exceptional candidate onboarding experience
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle documentation including contract variations
  • Enter and update employee information into HR systems
  • Assist employee and managers with HR enquiries and requests
  • Prepare employment contracts in line with EBAs and legislation
  • Provide administrative assistance for large recruitment campaigns
  • Support various process improvement initiatives and projects

About You

  • Experience in a fast paced high volume environment  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Able to manage competing demands to deadlines
  • System savy: exposure to HRIS and excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Initiative to achieve results and provide solutions to challenges
  • A service orientation with the ability to build strong and credible relationships
