Research Administration Officer
- 12 Months Fixed term, Part Time (0.5 EFT) working 38 hours per fortnight
- Based at the Victorian infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory, Doherty Institute
- Work with a supportive and collaborative team
Your Opportunity:
- Provide executive assistance to the Director
- Manage communications with national and international stakeholders and research partners
- Provide Secretariat functions to health and research committees and advisory groups
- Organise workshops, meetings, conference attendances and official visits to the Centre
About You:
- Proficient in the use of software across the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to write, proof and edit correspondence
- Excellent time management skills and able to work with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
- A qualification in a science or health-related field is preferred
