We are seeking a highly motivated experienced nurse to lead and manage this dynamic unit.

 

Ward 5 south west is a 28 bed ward comprising of General/Respiratory Medicine, including a 4 bed Respiratory Care Unit (RCU).  The RCU is fully equipped for non-invasive ventilation with the latest respiratory monitoring equipment and is well supported by our Respiratory CNC and dedicated nurse educators.

 

The successful applicant will lead an enthusiastic team to deliver high quality care, implement innovation and change and ensure safe delivery of care to our patients.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse - Current AHPRA Registration
  • Recent acute experience in management and leading a team
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing health initiatives
  • A clinical expert in general medicine and respiratory nursing
  • Post graduate qualification in management or working towards
